TRICYCLE RIDERS TO BEGIN WARNING STRIKE IN NIGER

Keke napep riders Union of Niger State have blocked major roads in Minna metropolis following introduction of e-tracking tax collecting system by the state government.

The Secretary almagameted commercial motorcycle tricycle repairs owner and riders association of nigeria Niger State under Chanchaga local government, Idris Abdulkadir who spoke on behalf of the Chairman said the Union is not informed of the blockage which they have immediately intervene to avoid further break down of law and order.

Abdulkadir said Niger State Government and officials of the Union are presently on a round table Meeting on how best to resolve the issue.

The Secretary added that, as the Union leaders they are solely in support of the riders on the multiple taxation issue because it is too curbersome, He therefore advocate for a harmonize tax collection system in the State.

Meanwhile leader of the Keke napep riders of Minna, Aliyu Sani Honour says it’s members will embark on a sit at home warning starting from Thursday Twenty first of April Twenty Twenty Two if the state government do not profer permanent solution to multiple taxation issues.
